The Beanie Bubble

2022  •  Motion Design, Visual Development

The documentary explores the rise of Beanie Babies in the 1990s and the cultural phenomenon behind their extraordinary popularity. Motion design brings archival photographs, newspapers, and magazines to life, recreating the visual culture of the era.

The video above highlights selected motion design sequences created for the documentary.

Archival Motion Design & Compositing

Archival materials were treated and composited to create a cohesive visual language for the documentary. Each piece was crafted to preserve the character of the original material while enhancing its texture, color, and on-screen legibility.
